Since 1972, Oakland Community Organization has been a driving force for systemic change, racial justice, and economic equity in Oakland. On January 1, 2020, we changed our name to Faith in Action East Bay (FIAEB) to reflect the move to expand and regionalize our work. We are scaling up the level of our capacity to build power throughout the East Bay.
